This site is designed to be an online
resource for homeowners in the Lakemont Hills
subdivision in Brandon, Florida. The Lakemont
Homeowners Association is a not for profit organization in Hillsborough County, Florida. The Lakemont Hills
subdivision consists of 132 single family homes, 99 of which are permanent
members of the Association. Brandon is located in west central Florida, in
between Tampa
and Plant City.
The Lakemont Hills subdivision is located west of Seffner Valrico Road
and north of Highway 60. The subdivision is only minutes from both Interstate 4
& Interstate 75. Homes have market values up to the 200’s.
