OLD BUSINESS

      -    Two payments of dues received.

     -     Discussions were made about late notices re: non-paying members

     -     Landscaping plans are made, plants will be installed next week 

NEW BUSINESS 

-         Fax re: houses for sale in neighborhood, if all dues were current.

Complaints: The ARC is not being contacted before improvements are made to members’ houses. (i.e.) painting, fences, and landscaping.

-     Discussions are being made to place fines on non-compliant members. Form letters have been created to notify non-compliance. If you have made any changes to your house in the past and have not previously submitted paperwork to the ARC.  Please turn in your paperwork for approval. If paperwork has not been submitted by May 5th 2005 then all non-complying member violations will be sent to our Attorney.

EMAILS: 

-         Lakemont village re: our meeting last month. We discussed several topics among them were:

Neighborhood Watch

Vandals

Baylife Church

-         Prowlers were reported on March 18th. An urgent notification E-mail was sent out to all members whose E-mail addresses we possess.

-         Lighting issues, bulb adjustments are in the works for later in the week.

We do appreciate any and all communications with our board, by mail or Internet. However, we do not read or take into consideration any correspondence that has not been signed by a Homeowner, with a return address so we may properly reply to your concerns. We would like to take this time to invite any and all Neighbors to our monthly meetings. We will address any ideas or concerns that you may have
