We dealt with the following complaints:
- Dogs with out a Leash.

EMAILS:
Advised by company owning a house that payment of annual dues was forthcoming in the mail. Forwarded to treasurer.
Request from homeowner for specific requirements for privacy fence construction. Forwarded to ARC.
Inquiry as to origin of color pallete used by ARC to enforce color guidelines for painting approvals. Replied we will discuss matter at monthly meeting.
Informed that a homeowner had suffered damage from fireworks to their pool screen covering during July 4 holiday. Replied will include notice in Aug email regarding this matter. Added note to Announcements page on web site.
