Tom & Roberto looked at well lights.

NEW BUSINESS

Harry, Tom & Roberto to talk with the electrician regarding the lighting of the front sign, including the use of a transformer.

It was suggested we petition the County to put in a stop sign on Malletwood Dr. at Peachwood Dr.

We need to inquire with our attorney regarding the options we have for liens. We don’t want to foreclose on any properties.

We discussed about staying with our current color swatches or perhaps revising them. We will retain the fence colors of white or wood.

The date and time for the next meeting was proposed for September 11. After Tom spoke with the staff, he made a reservation for this day, at 7:00pm in the Brandon Community Center. The staff later had not recorded this date on their calendar, consequently a room in the Recreation Center had to be secured.
