ARC MEMBERS IN ATTENDANCE:     R. Albarran

TOTAL IN ATTENDANCE:    3 board members, 1 ARC member

CALLED TO ORDER:             7:18 pm 

SECRETARY REPORT:          July minutes were accepted as read.

TREASURER REPORT:   The treasurer report was submitted for July.

Beginning Balance $4064.74

Interest Deposit:   July $1.11; Aug $0.87

Member dues deposit (about 40 checks): $2750.00

Reimburse Harry copies: $4.82

Reimburse Tom fence parts: $36.05

Tampa Electric July: $16.02

Ending Balance $6759.83

A check from a homeowner on Malletwood Dr. was returned undeliverable. Roberto said he would investigate this matter.

Members who have not paid for over 1 year will receive a 2^nd late notice in 30 days, and then at 60 days they will be turned over to the attorney. The regular first letter was sent in July. The first late notice is sent 30 days later. The second late notice is sent after 60 days. The third late notice is sent from the attorney after 90 days to include attorney fees.
