OLD BUSINESS
Still need to send two letters: one to lienholder, one to Peachwood homeowner.
Progress is being made regarding talk with an electrician regarding work on our front sign lighting.
Send letter to Peachwood homeowner, stating receipts of payments received.
ARC
Roberto to supply Tom with a general form to be included in the next and future newsletter mailings.
Crime
None.
Welcome
None.
NEW BUSINESS
Tom to give Harry and Scott the letterhead.
Decided to table the curbside house number painting until we see the advertisement notices again.
Additional idea for newsletter: watch for Christmas decoration vandalism and theft.
It was
decided that charges for additional copies of the bylaws require a $5 fee.
Homeowners can print from the website as an option using their own printer at
their cost.
There
was a problem with individuals posting
their own garge sale signs competing with each other on the day of the
community wide garage sale. Code Enforcement indicates communities are allowed
2 community garage sales per year.
Need to
report a house on Sandywood to Code Enforcement with rotting soffits.
Roberto
is putting together a general ARC form to be included with the next newsletter
mailing. We will include a notice that Code Enforcement will be notified if any
property is out of compliance.
Noise
and loud music has been reported in the community.
Teenagers
are loitering in the community.
Homeowners
need to trim their overhanging tree branches.
There
was police activity at a house on Malletwood.
Residents
are to be reminded of
We
discussed the use of xeriscaping and centipede grass. Centipede grass may be
compatible with FL zone 10. It was asked if we could check with the FL Extension
Service to see if a speaker could come to talk about grasses.
