OLD BUSINESS

Need to get 2nd bid to approve lighting for front sign.  T.Watkins and A.Albarran have several ideas who to contact.  Will make decision once we receive and review all bids.

Black fluffy cat- animal services say we have to put out a trap and they will pick the cat up if it is trapped.

Still researching attorneys’ fees from bill sent to LHOA for services due.  Once we have checked our records and all fees agree with our records LHOA will pay all moneys due to lawyer.

NEW BUSINESS

Sending out 3rd late notices for LHOA dues, we are giving homeowners by March 20th to pay.  LHOA has 13 homeowners past due.

Found out from code enforcement that any vehicle parked on street without a tag is in violation of code.  If any vehicle that is not tagged parked in driveway is ok as long as it works.

LHOA liability insurance on fence is coming due, no bill received at this meeting date but is forthcoming by next month.

LHOA meeting minutes will now be available on LHOA’s website for a 12-month period.

Need to correlate a means of getting LHOA’s newsletter delivered to homeowners that do not want their copy emailed or those with no email addresses.

Change of names was made of the LHOA board members on the corporation to reflect the current board members.

EMAILS:

A question from a homeowner on Lakemont Hills Blvd. Regarding his membership in the LHOA since his home was possibly built by another builder.  LHOA is checking to see if we can research who built their home to finalize a decision.
