CALLED TO ORDER:             7:15 pm

 

SECRETARY REPORT:          January minutes were read and approved.

TREASURER REPORT:  The treasurer report was submitted for January.

OLD BUSINESS

A Peachwood homeowner changed their name. We are to update our records for future correspondence.

We decided to go with low voltage lights to be later installed by a local electrician.

It was asked if the work van that was previously parking on Malletwood is still parking there.

1. A resident on Lakemont Hills blvd is parking their car on their yard. Residents should park their cars on the paved improvements of their lots. We advised the complaintant of his/her options.

 

NEXT MEETING:                 

March 17, 2008. Try to set up meeting with Brandon Community Center. Awaiting confirmation from Marty.

We need to send out late notices to 2007-2008 members who have not paid.

We need to ask our attorney to send a letter to homeowners who did not pay last year’s dues. This is the letter before the lien letter, at which time a lien is imposed on the subject properties.
