OLD BUSINESS:
-Database finished by A Albarran,
1 house found missing from database. The database is compiled in address order
.
-LHOA only maintains front
(Seffner/Valrico Rd.) fencing & stub out (Lakemont Hills Blvd.) fence.
-A. Albarran went through LHOA
records and not much was found out of order.
-LHOA has received numerous
complaints regarding the ambulance parked on Peachwood in the street with flat
tires. Several attempts have been made with code enforcement to have the
vehicle removed.
NEW BUSINESS:
-Homeowner
on Sandywood parking truck in front of neighbors mailbox, need to remind
homeowners to observe courtesy to all neighbors.
-Pet complaints: received numerous
complaints of a black fluffy cat left to roam the neighborhood. Homeowners are
to be reminded about the pet leash law and to keep all pets contained on your
property or in the house.
