OLD BUSINESS
- Position of lighting of
entrance sign. Sign is not being fully illuminated. Suggestions were as
follows: A softer watt bulb;
different lens to diffuse the light. To
discuss options with Brandon Electric.
NEW BUSINESS
-Discussion regarding the need to
beautify the front entrance. Tom suggested the formation of a landscaping
committee. Tom introduced a motion to establish a landscaping committee. Scott
seconded the motion. The motion was passed. To be chaired by K. White and
assisted by P. Nast.
-Discussions of a non-approved
structure on Malletwood.
-Discussions requiring the President to have access to the ARC website password
in effort to improve a checks and balance situation.
EMAILS:
- Arc received a request to
change out an old Satellite dish for a new smaller one.
-An out-of-state contractor
inquired if their services could be used to contact them. Replied services not
needed.
