SECRETARY REPORT: December minutes were read and approved.

TREASURER REPORT:

Beginning Balance $6404.77

Interest Deposit 1.24

Dues Deposit 150.00

Lawn Service 375.00

Ending Balance $6181.01

OLD BUSINESS

Harry to meet with electrician within next 2 weeks to see what it would cost to install lighting.

NEW BUSINESS

Need to contact real estate agent for 945 Sandywood with dues owed.

ARC letter regarding 1008 Peachwood.

Crime

No report.

Welcome

Harry is no longer doing the welcoming committee. Roberto willingly took it over.
