OLD BUSINESS
Roberto to contact a few management companies to look at our future options. Still looking into lighting options.
NEW BUSINESS
A Malletwood house is foreclosing. To contact the attorney handling the foreclosure. The owners owe 2 years dues. We are to send a letter to the attorney and the court.
BayLife is surveying part of their property. BayLife had given 5 years to build 21 homes for battered/abused women. Chadwick Builders was to do the construction.

Malletwood house repainting approved (requested door/garage colors)
Crime
Car vandalized on Malletwood.

Parrot lost: Sandywood at Peachwood and Peachwood at Lakemont Hills. Later it was discovered a hawk had taken the parrot’s life.
