OLD BUSINESS
Front lighting: Brandon Electric to give a bid on lighting signs.
We are to call the County to trim a tree around street lights at entrance signs.

Received paint request from a Sandywood homeowner to be approved immediately.
Crime
On 12/9
at 2am, two youth, one with blonde hair, one with a Mohican cut, attempted to
break into a vehicle at a Malletwood home. Suspects
fled. No damage was found; no police report was filed.

NEW BUSINESS
We discussed Facebook usage.
In Lakemont Village, a home has a fence that is becoming in disrepair. The yard houses a dog that may escape if fence gets any worse. (The fence adjoins the retention pond in our community.) We are to notify the homeowner.
The community fence along Seffner Valrico Rd. may need to be repaired. Harry and Pat are to inspect and report to the board places needing repair. The other board members are to do the repair.
