NEW BUSINESS

We discussed letters for annual dues to be sent.

Michael McDermott (our attorney) will no longer handle homeowner associations. We need to find a new attorney.

One homeowner requested a payoff amount on a lien.

We discussed replacing dead plants with a small fence around light fixtures (landscape committee)

Joyce Morgan is to assist Pat Nast with assessing this project.

Statement received for the certificate of deposit (CD)with the bank.

Board voted to renew the CD for another 6 months.

Board voted to renew Directors & Officers insurance.

It was mentioned that a car was vandalized on Peachwood Dr.

The current board ran unopposed for reelection. All board members were reelected for another year.
