OLD BUSINESS
It was noted that K. White’s resignation was not recorded in previous minutes. She has resigned as secretary of the Association. Her position is currently open for nominations. We have not received any nominations as of yet. Please consider volunteering to serve in the capacity of secretary for the Association.
NEW BUSINESS
The current board ran unopposed for reelection. All board members were reelected for another year.

ARC committee’s report:
Property values are on the increase. Our homes are valued on average at $135 per square foot. Several requests for repainting have all been approved.
