Annual Member Meeting Minutes

ARC MEMBERS IN ATTENDANCE:             R. Albarran, P. Nast

TOTAL IN ATTENDANCE:    5 (3 board members, 1 ARC member)

CALLED TO ORDER:             7:22 pm

 

SECRETARY REPORT:          May minutes were read and approved.

TREASURER REPORT: Treasurer report was submitted for 2005-2006. The report for 2006-2007 will be available at next month’s board meeting. The statement is not in from the bank, which includes interest over the past month.

OLD BUSINESS

Second late notices were sent out May 18, 2007. Meeting notices and our first quarterly newsletter also were included in the mailing.

 

The Association discussed the planting of trees for the property located on Malletwood Dr. The planting of trees will not be permitted between the street and the sidewalk. That area is a utility easement and will disturb the underground water pipes, telephone lines, and cable. ARC should mail a letter to the homeowner.

 

NEW BUSINESS

The officers were re-elected to serve another year in their current positions.

 

ARC

A Lakemont Hills owner requested permission be granted for the removal of a tree that is affecting the structure of the house. We are in agreement with the homeowner. The homeowner will need to secure a permit to remove the tree. We suggest the homeowner replace the tree with a different one. This is in keeping with the County’s policy that promotes trees on lots.

ARC emails to forward to Roberto to facilitate daily review.

 

Crime Report

There was a discussion of go-cart, dirt bike usage on Malletwood Dr, along with youth behavior and an incident of domestic violence on Malletwood Dr.
