TOTAL IN ATTENDANCE:    3 board members, 2 ARC members

CALLED TO ORDER:             7:08 pm 

SECRETARY REPORT:          Minutes were read and corrected in treasurer report.

TREASURER REPORT:  

Beginning Balance $5331.63

Interest Deposit:   April $1.19, May $1.15

Tampa Electric: $17.57 (Jan-Mar) $39.25 (Apr-May)

Reimburse postage: $14.76; $53.76

Liability Insurance: $128.50

Fence repair: $5.35

Member dues: $608.75 (Sandywood lien)

Ending Balance $5683.53

For the 2007-2008 period, there are 24 members with unpaid dues. To send a letter from the attorney to a Peachwood property owner.

OLD BUSINESS 

 We want to improve the lights at the entrance of the community. The position and visibility of the lights Harry will talk to the electrician about.

Hearing on the Peachwood property that had been rescheduled for June 8 is unknown.

NEW BUSINESS 

Baylife Church is in the process of putting in Twenty-One (21) 2 bedroom 2 bathroom homes on 5 acres of land donated to help abused women.

Crime

Gas stolen from a homeowner’s car probably was siphoned.
