NEWSLETTER:
The primary purpose of the Association is to enforce the by-laws and to assist in the appreciation value of the homes in Lakemont Hills. The following are a sample of specific requirements within Lakemont Homeowners Association:
Many homeowners were sent a letter in October 2003 that was suppose to go to non-LHOA homeowners to activate their own association, this letter was sent to you in error. Several letters were mailed to LHOA about this error. We want to clarify that you are a member of LHOA and you are responsible for any dues owed to LHOA. We are sincerely sorry in regards to this error, however it does not release you from your deed restrictions and by-law covenants with the LHOA.
LHOA currently has vacant
positions available for the 1st VP and vacancies for the ARC as
well. Should a homeowner be interested
in any open position, please contact LHOA at P.O. Box 823 Brandon FL 33509-0823
or email us at lakemont_hills@yahoo.com.
Next LHOA meeting will be held at
Brandon Community Center located at 510 Sadie at 6:30pm on Tuesday, December 2nd,
2003. All association and
non-association homeowners are greatly encouraged to attend all LHOA meetings;
we hope to see you there.
