NEW BUSINESS

Received a brochure from the Hillsborough Neighborhood Conference, several workshops of

interest are being offered. LHOA board members are to check their schedules to see who can

attend.

Email: received an email regarding a homeowner on Lakemont Hills Blvd wanting to

Erect an above ground pool. This was handed over to the Architectural Review Committee (ARC)

to check on the particulars of the pool size.

Attending homeowner brought to LHOA’s attention a concern about several issues in the Sandywood

Area. Livestock in backyard, Ice cream truck parked in back yard, selling Bar-B-Que from the home,

and a lean-to erected to cover an RV. A commercial truck cooling system is running all the time.

LHOA board is looking into this matter to see what can be done to rectify these important issues.
