1. The last minutes were not read because the
Secretary was not available.
NEW BUSINESS
1. Apology letter sent to some community members
2. We received a bid from Brandon Electric in
the amount of $ 3,862.50 for the lighting of the signs in the front of the
community. Halogens lights are to be
used on both sides of the road. We’re
seeking a second price quote from Manatee Electric, Inc.
3. The June meeting will be held at the Sadie
Recreation Center (Old Building) on June 8, 2004
At 7:00 PM. June meeting is very important because we
need to elect new board members. Letters
and reminders to be sent out prior to the meeting.
