Neighborhood Watch , we are looking into making this campaign work.  If you are interested please contact us.

 

Welcome committee’s report:

Reports from the Welcome committee were read 3 new families were welcomed into our community.

 

ARC committee’s report:

Reports from the ARC committee were read:  It was brought up again that many members were in non-compliance w/the ARC.  We are looking at options with our attorney. The ARC should create a letter of expectation, to notify the member of its expectations.

Comments were made that when the ARC letter is sent out, a notification needs to be made that not all homes are involved in the association.

The ARC will be checking anomalies in the sidewalk to prevent any accidents.

 

Landscaping committee’s report:

Report was read; Dwarf hedges have been purchased and await planting.

EMAILS: 

1.  Fence liability, link to determine invited /uninvited guests.  What different liabilities there are?

2.  Dogs must be on a leash.

3.  Sand in a yard on Sandywood.  The rain is washing the sand into other neighbor’s yard due to  positive water flow and lack of root structure.

4.  Public works needs to be contacted, our road is melting.

5.  Annual members meeting: Tom reserved the following dates at the Brandon Community Center Game Room: 6/7, 6/21, 7/12 and 7/19.  Notification letters must be sent out no later than 15 days prior to meeting.  We are going to bring light refreshments this year verses having the Deli cater this event.  We will not be offering a guest speaker this year.  We will share our ideas and support our community.  The date will be June 19 at Sadie Park Game room 7-9 p.m.

6.  Students jumping fences to take a short cut, Transportation and the school resource officer were contacted.  The resource officer came and notified student that this was not permitted. Student is now in compliance.

We do appreciate any and all communications with our board, by mail or Internet. However, we do not read or take into consideration any correspondence that has not been signed by a Homeowner, with a return address so we may properly reply to your concerns. We would like to take this time to invite any and all Neighbors to our monthly meetings. We will address any ideas or concerns that you may have
