Welcome New Homeowners

Are you a new resident? The board of directors of the Lakemont Homeowners Association would like to welcome you to Lakemont Hills. We are glad you are making Lakemont Hills your home. Once you get settled in, we would like you to meet us. Come to one of our monthly board meetings where you can meet some of your neighbors and your board of directors. Should you be unable to attend our monthly meetings and want to stay informed of what's going on in your community, you can read the monthly meeting minutes. You can also receive the monthly minutes by e-mail. Also let us know if you would like to receive our quarterly newsletter via email. Please include your name and address in your email request.

Our next meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, October 6, 2009 at 7:00pm at a member's home. The location is posted at the entrance on the Association sign. All residents are welcome to attend.

In your new home you may find yourself planning to make changes to improve your home. The Lakemont Homeowners Association needs to work with you as you are planning to make changes in your landscaping or begin a home-improvement project that will affect the appearance of your home. You may want to paint the exterior of your home, install a pool or lanai or privacy fence, replace your roof, or change your landscaping. When you develop a plan to improve your property please submit these plans to the Architectural Review Committee (ARC). The deed restrictions require that these improvements be reviewed and approved by the ARC. The ARC strives to review your requests promptly and objectively. You may e-mail or write the ARC: P.O.
