drainage/ we were notified that they would send out a service man to rectify

front of Lakemont hills was voted on and passed with
a 3/1 vote.

made about adding a link from our website to the A.R.C.
(Architectural review committee)

Storm Damage done
to fence/Members will meet Sat 10/16 to access the damage and plan the repair.
PLEASE
CONTACT THE BOARD TO NOTIFY US OF ANY DAMAGE DONE TO THE COMMUNITY FENCE. The fence that runs by Seffner-Valrico.
So
repairs can be arranged.

Notification from homeowner that they are in the process of getting estimates for roof repair and privacy fence repair. Action taken: Notified homeowner and email forwarded to ARC.
Notification from Hillsborough County regarding closure of Lithia Pinecrest Rd due to hurricane damage (cross-drain collapse).
Received various emergency hurricane emails from Tampa and Hillsborough County advising residents where help with food or shelters can be found during hurricane emergency.
