-         Lighting and permission letter.

-         Concern about lawn sprinklers

-  Welcome letter and By-Laws to new neighbors.

-  Discussion of receipt of by-laws letter to sign as proof neighbor received packet.

-         Second notice for payment of dues. 

-         Tree notice – a letter to inform people of low limbs that need to be trimmed.

-         Hurricane info from Tampa Govtofc.

-         Sewers (public works dept.) re: odor control and safety

Both Harry and Kasey will make a call to Public works to ask for info.

-         Testing of the fire Hydrants in Neighbor hood

-         Develop form letter re: Watercraft time limits in driveway.

 

EMAILS:

 

An inquiry regarding the proposed front sign lighting project as it concerns the homeowner’s property.

 

A request for contact information to provide the ARC paperwork on a proposed pool construction. Follow-up email also received. Emails forwarded to ARC.

 

M-N-M BBQ advertisement for their catering business. No action taken.

 

Inquiry from Wellington homeowner as to whether they are still members of the homeowners association. Replied do not know, no contact information available on this association.

 

Request from a resident for the address to where payment of dues should be sent. Replied with our P O Box.

 

Inquiry from homeowner regarding maintenance of lawn/grounds adjacent to their privacy fence that adjoins BayLife’s property. Advised the homeowner to contact BayLife and/or take it upon themselves to clear this area adjoining their fence.

 

Inquiry from Lakemont Village resident requesting copy of their ByLaws. Replied no contact info available from our files or Neighborhood Association.

 

Request from homeowner to receive email copy of meeting minutes. Added homeowner to email distribution list.

 

Resident indicated was unable to locate contact information for Wellington homeowners association.

 

Inquiry into dumpster at residence which could pose a hazard with impending hurricane Francis.  Replied will attempt to contact sanitation service regarding this. Telephoned the sanitation company; dumpster moved the next day.

 

Inquiry into ATV’s driving through neighborhood and BayLife property, allegedly gaining entrance through dead end of Lakemont Hills blvd. Replied to homeowner to contact BayLife, sheriff’s office.

 

Received various emergency hurricane emails from Tampa and Hillsborough County advising residents to prepare and how to clean up following the storm(s).
